Please bring your confirmation voucher and a valid ID. Don't forget sunscreen and, if applicable, your swimsuit and beach towel.

Most tours run rain or shine. If your activity is cancelled due to weather, we'll reschedule it or give you a full refund.

If your transportation hasn't arrived at the agreed time, please use the contact details on your confirmation voucher to reach the tour operator directly.
