Cancellation Policy

We want booking with confidence to be easy. This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work. The specific conditions for each activity are shown on the activity page and at checkout, and those conditions apply to your booking.

1. Free cancellation

Many activities can be cancelled free of charge up to the deadline shown on the activity (for example, up to 24 hours before the start time). If you cancel within that window, you receive a full refund. Activities marked as non-refundable cannot be cancelled for a refund once booked.

2. How to cancel or change

To cancel or change a booking, contact us at info@caribious.com or via WhatsApp, with your booking reference. We'll confirm the cancellation or arrange the change with the Operator.

3. Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Bad weather and Operator cancellations

Most tours run rain or shine. If an activity is cancelled because of weather, sea conditions or another reason on the Operator's side, you'll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

5. Cruise passengers

If your cruise ship cancels its call or skips Bonaire, excursions booked through us for that day are fully refunded.

6. No-shows and late arrivals

If you don't arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time and haven't cancelled within the allowed window, the activity is treated as used and is not refundable.
